Elmora Youth Little League is a nonprofit organization based in Elizabeth, New Jersey and a chartered member of the Little League Organization of Williamsport, Pa. The league organizes recreation baseball and softball for the youth of the Elmora/Elizabeth area. The league is staffed by volunteer parents. EYL forms travel baseball and softball teams that participate in local summer tournaments.
Summer team participants are selected from registered participants in the Spring season.

	Tuesday, August 8 - 5:00 PM Team New Jersey vs Team Pennsylvania EYL Clinches a berth in the Mid-Atlantic Championship with a 8 to 4 win over PA


	Big third inning, late insurance guides Team NJ past Team Past Team PA



	Derek pitched a gem as he led the Troopers to Win #3 in the Regionals.

Derek Escobar earned the win for the Team New Jersey aka the Troopers. He pitched three and two-thirds innings, giving up one run, three hits, and striking out two.

Team PA had seven hits in the game. Jared Shirk and Drew Barshinger each collected multiple hits for Team PA. The duo each managed two hits to lead Team PA.

Team New Jersey collected nine hits. Jayden Rosado, Escobar, and Jayden Capindica each collected multiple hits for Elmora Youth Little League

							Going to the Mid-Atlantic Final game on Friday. Congratulations Troopers.
		The game was close and the players rose to the occasion.

After a great win today, the Troopers enjoyed some ice cream to go with their
3-0 record and a ticket to the big game on Friday
