Elmora Youth League is a nonprofit organization based in Elizabeth, New Jersey, The league organizes recreation baseball, softball and basketball for the youth of the Elmora/Elizabeth area. The league is staffed by volunteer parents. EYL forms travel baseball and softball teams that participate in local summer tournaments. Players are selected from registered participants in the Spring season.

Many of the girls in the above picture are members of the original Thunder teams that were formed in 2000. For those of you who may not realize it, that is 10 years of EYL Softball or more for many of the players. 
For 2009, the girls came together for one more season as the Thunder to play in the PISL High School division. Congratulations Ladies and good luck in the future.
