Elmora Youth League is a nonprofit organization based in Elizabeth, New Jersey, The league organizes recreation baseball, softball and basketball for the youth of the Elmora/Elizabeth area. The league is staffed by volunteer parents. EYL forms travel baseball and softball teams that participate in local tournaments. Players are selected from registered participants in the Spring season.

Pictured above are the 2002 Elmora 12 Year Olds who captured the Mayors Cup Trophy on June 23 at Sisslemen Field in Elizabeth.

The Elmora team received fantastic pitching from Victor Alvelaez and Kristian Cortizo. Victor pitched 4 innings for the Win and Kristian came in to relieve him for the Save. The boys combined to allow only 1 hit and no earned runs.

The Elmora Batters came out to hit that day as the team scored 6 runs
