In accordance with our ongoing Safety precautions for our players while navigating the
Covid 19 Pandemic, we will be following the State of NJ guidelines and the recommendation of the CDC. We expect that our families also comply to these guidelines for the safety of
our teams and our community.
The Guidelines are as follows:
The State of NJ strongly discourages ALL Nonessential Interstate Travel (Non Work
related travel) Those who do travel outside the Tri State area (NY, PA, CT and DE) are asked to get a Viral test (NOT an Antibody test) 1 to 3 days before and 3 to 5 days after the
trip. If they test negative, quarantine for 7 days is still recommended. If they test positive OR can't get tested, quarantine should then be 10 days.
If you AND your player are completely vaccinated then the quarantine rules do not apply. Please supply proof to your players coaching staff.
Please let your Coaches know if you have traveled outside the immediate area, and
therefore required to adhere to these guidelines. Any player that will be under such quarantine will not be allowed to play or practice under the requested quarantine
time.
We ask for your honesty in divulging this information to your coaches, so we can have a safe and issue free Spring season. If you have any questions, please email Safety@elmorayouth.com.
Thank you for your anticipated cooperation. Carole Acton Safety Officer - Elmora Youth Little League
