Elmora Youth League is a nonprofit organization based in Elizabeth, New Jersey, The league organizes recreation baseball, softball and basketball for the youth of the Elmora/Elizabeth area. The league is staffed by volunteer parents. EYL forms travel baseball and softball teams that participate in local summer tournaments. Players are selected from registered participants in the Spring season.

Outstanding Senior League Pitcher

Tim Cowan played all of his youth baseball for Elmora Youth League. He was a star baseball player at Roselle Catholic High School and is now playing for William Paterson University. Tim was a member of the Roselle #229 Legion Team, but his roots are Elmora and we are proud of him. Tim's dad is currently a Major League manager for the Elmora Little League Phillies where his younger brother Kevin now plays.
