The Nationals completed their Amazing run thru the Playoffs by defeating the #1 seeded Cardinals 10 to 2 in the Playoff Championship Game. The Cardinals earned
the #1 seed with a 10 and 2 record. In their 1st playoff game, the 5th seeded Nationals(6-6) knocked off the 2nd seeded Rays (9-3) in a 5 to 2 match. For the second round, they faced the 3rd seeded
Indians and won the game 13 to 4. |
