Batting Cage Reservation Policy
1) Schedule your teams by sending an e-mail to ElmoraYouth@aol.com. (Do not call or speak to a board member to schedule yourself, the only way you can schedule is by e-mail)
2) Teams are limited to two (2) weekday slots per month.
3) A team may claim an open slot 7 days prior to the scheduled date.
4) The slots are
    Weekday - Monday to Friday - (1) 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm (2) 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
    Saturday - (1) 9:00 am, (2) 11:00 am, (3) 1:00 pm, (4) 3:00 pm, (5) 5:00 pm, (6) 7:00 pm
    Sunday - (1) 12:00 noon, (2) 2:00 pm, (3) 4:00 pm, (4) 6:00 pm
5) The team manager is responsible for the setup and return of the pitching machines to the Hanratty club house.
6) Only 1 player is allowed inside the cage with the pitching machine. The player must be wearing a batting helmet.
7) Only the coach is allowed to operate the pitching machines.
8) Coaches who need instruction on the operation of the machine should contact the equipment managers for their division They are
    Baseball - Gus Suri (T-Ball, "A", "AA", "AAA", Majors, Juniors)
    Softball - Robert Corbo (Teeners, Ponytails, Seniors, Big League)
(Phone numbers are printed in the league book and on every published roster)
9) Teams may not use field A unless they are willing to reline and prep the field for the night game.
